HAVING JUST MOVED TO PROVIDENCE FROM THE WEST COAST, FOR A YEAR ONLY[THANK GOD] I CAN'T BELIEVE THE RENTS ARE SO CHEAP!!!! NO, ITS NOT IN A GOOD AREA OR IS THE BUILDING IN GREAT SHAPE. BUT YOU CAN'T BEAT THE RENTS!!! ITS NOT THE KIND OF PLACE I WOULD WANT TO BRING MY CLASSY BEVERLY HILLS FRIENDS TO. BUT THEY WILL NEVER KNOW!! ITS ONLY FOR A YEAR!
