I have lived out the Promenade for 8 months and think it is terrific. The indoor pool is the best I have ever seen in an apartment building, the building is immaculate and the gym is really nice. The outdoor parking connects to the building and there is never any trouble finding a space. The management is super nice and the maintenance people are terrific. I have never had to wait more than half a day to have something fixed. It definitely feels urban and industrial as opposed to the peerless which is downtown.
Train station is a 10 min walk max and commuting on 95 is easy on/easy off. The building has a nice mix of people. whole foods and stop and shop are 6 minutes away by car.
