i am leaving The Promenade after over 2 years and I have to say that my renting experience at The Promenade was the best I've ever had. The building is immaculate, the amenties are great, the staff is wonderful and the buidling is by far the nicest in the city. The only downfall is the lack of washers and dryers in the apartments, but that is due to the age and historic structure of the building. If my job did not force me to leave RI, I would have stayed at The Promenade for many years. The Promenade management staff maintains an excellent community and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to live.
