I lived there for 3 years. The location is good and the rent is ok. The main issue with this place is safety. This is not a safe place at all. Kids break in into apartments and cars regularly. My apartment was broken in once and my car twice. I have talked to management many times, they are nice but they will not do anything as the owner company will not spend a penny on security. When I called the police one time the officer who came did not want me to report it, he said this is regular and there is nothing to do so don't bother reporting!
