I had similar problem as the other reviewer. The apartment was not ready as promised by the same person "Dan". We had to ask our movers to stay longer and they were very upset. It took about a week for everything to work after we moved in. Now we have been living here for a year, although maintainence has been ok. This winter we experienced about 4 days when we did'nt had the hot water. Those were the coldest days of the winter and they did'nt plan for iit well. If you plan to move in this apartment because of its location (which is great) get everything in writing. Nothing gets done if you talk to "Dan" try talking to someone else.
