Annoying Neighbors

Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2005
This place grounds are kept up well, you hardly ever see trash on the ground. But, the neighbors are annoying. My neighbors are always fighting and banging on the celling. Also, sometimes you can hear people at night yelling and people blasting there music somtimes.[especially in the summer]
Some of the kids run around here and cause trouble. Noisy neighbors 2. don't know how to mind their own buisness.
I even know people who had their lisense plates on the cars clipped off there car or their car is vandalized. If you ask me, you should move here. If you really need shelter, then you should come.
