I lived at University Heights in 2001. A fairly large studio was $490. I have absolutely no complaints about the apartment, grounds or neighborhood. The place was clean, well-kept and it's situated close to Brown/Thayer Street which is the best part of Providence by far.

My only complaints were the staff who were absolutely vile and unresponsive people... but as I left in the Winter of 2001, a new management company was taking over, so this may have changed. They were also significantly raising the rent, however.
