It's a great place to call home!

I've lived at University Heights for a few years now and I have seen it come a long way since the new management company, Fairfield Residential Properties took over. This new management company is currently renovating the entire property including every single apartment home, the landscaping, and the community room. They have put effort into providing a safer community by installing cameras throughout the property and hiring a courtesy patrol officer to monitor the property after hours every single day of the week! Sure some residents might see police officers on the property responding to calls but that just shows the effort being put into providing a safer community. This property even has a call center that answers incoming calls from residents when the office is closed no matter if it's 2, 3 or 4 in the morning!

Like I said, I have lived here for a few years and I know other residents on the property that enjoy living here as well. Don't let a couple of people who have had a bad experience influence your decision to move here. There are over 300 apartments on this property so a few bad experiences out of 300 apartments is not bad at all! Some people may get unlucky and have bad neighbors, but anyone who moves into an apartment should know that there are certain steps that management companies need to take and laws to follow in order to handle residents that do not follow the rules. It's not like they can just kick them out right away or better yet be able to predict whether or not a resident is going to be good or not before they move in.

University Heights is a good apartment community and the new management company is really doing a good job in providing a good home for us residents. It is probably one of the best deals you can find in this area because we are so close to downtown and you can't find a better price for newly renovated apartments in this area! I've seen places that are just as much or even more that are old and poorly managed. You should give this apartment community a chance - it's worth it!

This is written by the University Heights managment. Only the staff of University Heights would discredit the honest opinions of residents who have been burned by their dishonest. What resident would write details like: "This property even has a call center that answers incoming calls from residents when the office is closed no matter if it's 2, 3 or 4 in the morning!" Do not be swayed by their bs.
