Rude, Ignorant Management make it a HORRIBLE experience

I have lived at the Wayland Manor for 8 months now and have never come across such rudeness and ignorance in my life. I will be moving out soon as I cant stand their gross negligence any more!
My complains listed below!
1. Visitor Parking NIGHMARE! - If you have visitors, be warned, your car WILL be TOWED, even if you get a temporary parking pass. My friends car was towed because the Concierge (Paul, probably the most ignorant person you will come across, extremely frustrated and rude) did not know where to look for the temporary parking pass on his desk! The management refused to accept responsibility and re-imburse even though they knew it was their mistake!
2. You WILL NOT get your deposit back. No matter how clean the apartment is, you can kiss goodbye to your deposit. They are a bunch jerks will decieve you at every point.
The ony saving grace are two day time Concierge's - John and Virginia. If not for them, its hard to imagine how people stay in this place. BTW, i learned that John is leaving as he too is sick of the treatment they dish out.
So, do yourself a favor, talk to the other residents about the management and make sure you know what you are getting into.
I payed 850 a month for the smallest studio imaginable. Its in a really upscale neighbourhood but that is about IT for this complex

I don't really know what this person is talking about. I lived at Wayland Manor for 3 years and it was a wonderful experience - I got my deposit back in full, and was friendly with John, Virginia and most of the other staff members. Paul is quiet, but never did anything rude to me -- and I have to say, the guest parking is fairly strict, but there is usually ample street parking and a lot of guests ignore signs telling them what spots are reserved -- that's when they get towed. Also, last I heard (in June), John wasn't going anywhere.
