Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
Maintenance is spotty. Rain leaks in roof have existed for months (years') and have not been fixed.
Daytime concierge does not compare favorably to previous one. Seems to feel some tasks are beneath her (will not call residents when packages come in).
Concierge desk is often unmanned, yet front and back doors to lobby are wide open. Security'
