The Property is located in a wonderful section of Providence, and the neighborhood is delightful, as are most of the tennants.

The positives are as follows:
1. Top Notch maintenance department
2. Bob, Virgina and Terry (concieges) are wonderful people and quite helpful.
3. The grounds are always clean and neat
4. Twist resturant is conveintly located in the building.
5. Location, location, location, it is the best.

The negatives are as follows;
1. The manager, at times, can be difficult to reach. She seems to be uncomfortable around people. She seems very negative and it would appear that she doesnt like her job. She has helped me in a few instances, however only after my persistence.

2. The Sun-Wed second shift concierge (Paul) is rude and cold. He often seems lost and when you ask him for something, it appears that you are bothering him.

3. The parking is awful, unless you get a "on site" spot, otherwise you are sent to the back lots, which is problematic in the winter and when you have to carry groceries. Apparently there is a long waiting list to get the better spots.

Overall it is a awsome location and acceptable living. It could be better managed however.
