The maintenance techs are generally nice, but they'll b.s. you to high heaven before they'll get a job done, in spite of repeated requests. The worst part of the whole experience is that the manager is a completely unavailable individual, who locks her door and, if we're lucky, is here from 10-3 most days, though not all. She doesn't do payroll, and the daytime conceirge is an extremely volatile, moody little man who acts put out all the time. We live with on-site management, if you can call it that, yet we have to mail our rent checks to Boston every month. Christine runs this place like a dictator; when she sends out notes or notices it's "do this or your car will be towed; do that or you're soul is mine." Worst of all, I hear unless you have a lawyer they'll illegally refuse to give your deposit back, and even worse than that, maintenance and/or Christine will enter your apartment illegally (without 48 hours notice, required by RI law) and then act upset if YOU complain about it!

not true, Bob the daytime clerk is very rude and very unpleasant. Property manager is very difficult to get in touch with...
