The daytime concierge is a MISERABLE old man, incredibly unfriendly and unwilling to help with ANYTHING. He receives all requests as an inconvenience to his ability to sit and read the paper all day. I was amazed that a property which positions itself as four star would select such a curmudgeon. It would be a miracle to hear a "please" or "thank you" or even a smile from this guy. The nighttime concierges, particularly Virginia, are great though.

Maitenance is fine, I've had no physical issues with the apartment.

I've not had to deal with the property manager much, as I've been pretty low maintenance. We shall see.

Can't beat the location.
