I lived in WM for 2 years.
Good:
1. Location
2. Maintenance happened in a timely manner
3. Concierge (especially Virginia -- she is the best)
Bad:
1. Overpriced -- I could have found a similar 2 bedroom in the neighborhood for $400 less.
Even as the housing market was tanking, Christine raised the rent on me.
That was one thing that made me move out.
2. No control over heat and heated to 95 degrees in the winter
3. Old or cheap new and very loud window air conditioners
4. My unit was a bit rundown, with a hole in the floor under the carpeting
5. Christine is incredibly inflexible. Having someone stay in my apartment when I wasn't there was a huge production that involved a lot of negotiation. That was reason 2 that made me move out.
6. The mid-day concierge was very disagreeable
7. Twist restaurant in the basement has bad food

I am a current tenant who will not be renewing the lease either...review is pretty accurate!
