parking security issues, cars broken into, tires stolen, residents parking outside of lines, non-residents using lots at night.
noisy neighbors outside of complex, questionable neighborhood and neighborhood activities occuring nearby and on-site.
saftey could be at issue late at night. Rif-raf come into courtyard to go to bathroom.
grounds are nice
lighting is good
leaking apartments, drafty windows, cold hallways.
maintenance does a great job. they need more help to remove snow, clean common areas, and all the other stuff necessary.

this place is brand new and a good deal for the space and the money, but also for the price I pay, I expect just a bit more from the upkeep, security, manangement end. I am happy here, but feel they do not do enough to keep a tenant past the one year mark. I would recommend with many reservations.
