everything from the previous post is true. there are so many low income units here, and more were recently approved, that this place will soon turn into the same ghetto that surrounds it.

the new propertly manager is working much harder at keeping tenants happy than the last two who didn't give a you-know-what.

the worst thing is the noise. with no insulation at all you can hear every single footstep from the people above, as well as conversations heard below. because they didnt bother to seal where the walls meet the floor you get smoke and odors from units below.

it seems that everyone here smokes pot because you can always smell it in the hallways.

there is a liquor store on the corner that attracts unsavory people that co,pletely block the street at all times.

cars are constantly being broken into, and the mexican children across the street will throw things at you and your car. hookers hang around the area, and i have seen them shootng up drugs in the backyard.

all of the doctors and professionals are moving out of the building only to be replaced with the unemployes section 8 people.

3 of my windows had severe leaks that were dripping directly onto power outlets, and it took an act of congress to get them to seal them.

they recently lifted the pet ban, and now all of the dog owners let their dogs poop in the back and dont pick it up.

people come and go at all hours of the night and are loud in the hallways. i have even seen drugs deals go down through the 1st floor windows.

police rarely respond to calls and even claim the address doesnt exist.

if you are a partying college student, a drug deal or on section 8, this place is for you. otherwise stay the hell away!
