80% of the time, I have really enjoyed living in Wilkinson. The other 20% of the time occurs after midnight on Sept-Oct, Mar-May. Johnson & Wales is 100 yards down the street and the drunk students are REALLY loud. Louder than you may imagine.

Take a look at Regency Plaza... they are just as nice and not as loud as some other apartment complexes in the area.
