I moved in here about a year ago, after I was foolishly mislead by management. Between the "great, immaculate" apartment we were getting and the "deal on rent" we felt as though we could not go wrong. Although we were not able to see our actual apartment, management assured us that our apartment was identical to the model we were showed. However, when we moved in we realized why were never able to see our actual apartment. From the filthy rugs, to the disgusting bathroom and kitchen, this place is anything but pleasurable. It is always cold in the winter....prepare yourself for outrageous heating bills. Also, most of the electrical sockets do not work, and after numerous calls no one has come to fix them. We had a problem with our heating and maintenance had to rush back after almost burning the apartment down.

Forget about parking.....be prepared to walk quite a distance from your car to your "shack," in an unlit, often intimidating environment.
And forget about management...they are helpless. After you sign the lease, the positive attitudes and smily faces become long forgotten. You are lucky if you get a hello when you drop by to pay your exorbitant rent.
