When i first searched for apartments, this one looked like Melrose Place. Often however, looks are deceiving. Sure, there is a jacuzzi, indoor pool, outdoor pool, gym, and tanning booth, but these things weren't all that they were cracked up to be. The tanning booth was often broken and the bulbs are old and nolonger work. Each time I took a ride to the clubhouse to go swimming (yes, i had to drive) the hot tub was out of order. The washers and dryers were some of the most expensive i've seen and my clothes were never dry. I had to put them through twice each time.The apartment itself is very small and not worth the cost. I'm paying nearly $1000 a month for a one bedroom apartment, just over 500 square feet. The kitchen is outdated. The dishwasher is old and doesn't clean dishes well. The stove tops are old and rusted. The garbage disposal has always been broken. Parking is awful. Often I have to walk halfway across the lot in the dark. The parking lot is especially awful when it snows. The plows push the snow up behind the cars, making it difficult to shovel out. Utilities are not included. So on top of the outrageous prices, you are paying for heat, electricity, and water. The walls are paper thin and you can hear almost everything going on next door and below you. The bathroom is so small that you can barely move in it. This place is over-priced, and over-rated. You are basically paying for ammenities that aren't even worth it. I would STRONGLY reccommend that you look around before chosing this place. There are many other apartments in the area that are cheaper, just as nice, and have MUCH more space. This place is like the new reality show "Forever Eden." I thought it was going to be paradise... but I soon found out "Be careful what you wish for."
