I love Brentwood! I've been living at Brentwood for about four years now and have been nothing but thrilled by the experience. Not only is the community gorgeous but it is conveniently located to everything. Granted traffic on Mineral Springs Avenue can be a nightmare at some points of the day, but traffic is the same if not worse anywhere near Providence at the same time. I was looking for apartments in the Providence area and was disappointed by everywhere else I looked. Brentwood was like a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Great amenities ' two pools, a huge Jacuzzi, fitness center, tennis courts and tanning. I've noticed that other people have posted on here that the fitness center is tiny. It's no chain super gym, but it certainly has all the necessary equipment and is more private and convenient than a super gym, plus it's free. One of the pools and the Jacuzzi are indoors, so you can use them year round which is wonderful. The apartments themselves are spectacular. Most of the residents are very friendly and I've never had a problem with any of my neighbors. I rarely even hear them. The kitchens are great, I've never had a problem with an appliance and my favorite part is that they're full size unlike many other places I looked at which had 'apartment' size mini appliances that you really couldn't cook with. Parking has never been a problem for me. The maintenance staff is great when it snows as the community is constantly plowed and the paths are all clear. Occasionally when we get tons and tons of snow, parking might get a little tight, but I don't think it's a Brentwood specific problem; in fact Brentwood does a much better job of keeping the paths and roads on the property clear than the town does with rest of North Providence. I have yet to find a negative aspect to living at Brentwood. Granted the pricing might be a little high, but I have never regretted my decision to live here. It is definitely worth the money. Whenever I bring friends over for the first time, they are so impressed by the appearance of the community. My favorite aspect is the super duper staff. All of the leasing consultants must have been born on planet happiness. They are always in a good mood; always willing to take a few minutes to talk when necessary and most of them recognize me by name when I walk through the door. I feel like they really care about my happiness at the community. The maintenance staff is equally as pleasant and has always taken care of any situations I had very quickly. They even let me borrow a shovel and helped me last winter when we got 2 feet of snow overnight. I would recommend Brentwood to anyone who is looking for an apartment community that feels like a home from the moment you walk through the door.

Well if this doesn't sound like a "leasing consultant" writing this, then I don't know what does! How terribly sad and inaccurate!
