Brentwood is over priced and noisey. However, compared to what is around here you can't do much better. I hate my neighbors and can hear every word they say but I LOVE the jacuzzi in the winter time. The new club house looks like it's out of a fashion magazine. The people in the office are nice. Where else in RI can you get a dishwasher, fireplace, and washer dryer hook ups' Not too many places so if you can put up with a little noise (which you will get in any apartment complex) then Brentwood is a good place to live.
