At first glance this community is a dream, but once you move in it's a rude awaking. The architecture "appears" well constructed, but wait until a few days into the winter months, you will soon see that the walls a made of cardboard and insulated with newspaper clippings. The heating system must is violently menopausal because it is either extremely hot or frigid. During my one year stay the heating unit had to be replaced or fixed at least 3 times. A walk by the front door or bedroom window is like a walk outside, draft is not the word (perhaps gale winds). Buy a few cords of wood or be prepared to take out a personal loan for the gas bill.
Maintenance personnel are pleasant, but are apparently frustrated with the equipment they are forced to upkeep. The cabinets are not aligned and look like they survived a few earthquakes or periodic abuse by a drunk orangutan. The few months' rent is a nice gesture, but once you start paying regular price you will soon feel that you were a sucker to sign the lease.

Despite their threats of fining poop-policy violaters, there is a constant threat of walking through a doggy poo landmine. The large dogs also have free reign over the premises, and several neighbors use their balconys as kennels, allowing the rest of the communitiy the pleasure of hearing their dogs bark their aggravation all day.

Having your bedroom wall adjancent to the stairwell promises endless nights full of cattle stampedes (especially when the cows come home after a long night of grazing at the local watering hole).
