The clubhouse is the only building they upgrade, they also charge you yearly so that they can continue their constant upgrade to the clubhouse. You will be overcharged for rent (check other areas) and you will pay for Gas, Heat, Water, Waste and Electricity. Think about it.

I will not go into all the my personal nightmares at this time (there are many), I still reside here. I am thankful my lease ends in a couple of months. Heating these cardboard apartments is a futile nightmare, prepare to be COLD. You will have more closet space then living space. Dog poop is everywhere. Compete for a close parking space. I would recommend this place to someone I hated. This community has high turnover.
