I will be leaving RI soon for a job transfer but must say that I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here for the past 3 years. It sounds like most of the negative comments are coming from people who expect way too much from an apartment community. The staff has done a wonderful job improving the appearance of the place. They have always been professional and helpful and actually I have nice conversations with them every time I go in. They know me by name which isn't common these days. I've lived at places where you walk into the office and they don't bother to even look at you, nevermind ask how you are, etc. The apartments aren't brand new so don't expect perfection. They are clean, well-kept and the Maintenance service is amazing. If I ever came back to RI and was in need of an apartment, there is no where else I would go.
