I lived there for 1 yr and let me tell you all those negatives I totally agree with you! Management and staff working there are very unprofessional. At first everything was very good living conditions, but to good to be true! Felt like I was back in my college years..partying! Felt like I was always watching nascars go by. Winters were soo cold because of the heater going off. I'm do not complain much but I just could not take it knowing I'm spending about $1300 a month there..so please think before you rent!Place was not the worst but I wouldnt recommend it. Maintainance was great!
