I never thought that I would ever pay so much money to live in a place where I would be judged, scruntinized, and feel completely uncomfortable. The management treats this place like its a joke. They neglect to realize that this is a home to many people. Anytime you call with a problem or complaint they brush you off and say that something is being done about it when nothing ever is. The only time they are courteous and helpful is when you sign the lease and pay them money. Not only is there a problem with the management but the apartments are shoddy and poorly maintained. All of the cabinets are ancient as well as the appliances and the lighting is horrible. Forget about the noise, I can hear people's conversations through the wall. The only building here that is well maintained is the clubhouse, which is a really great marketing scheme to get people to think that this place is more than what it is. The outdoor pool was not usable until the middle of June, real good planning on the managements part. The grounds are well maintained except for the fact that the walls are so thin that you can't even hear yourself think when the landscapers are mowing or trimming, especially AT EIGHT IN THE MORNING WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO SLEEP. This place looks really nice when you are thinking about renting here and then once you sign the lease you got Punk'd!!!! I know alot of other people that live in the Regency and Center Place in Providence and have not one bad thing to say about those places. I think once my lease is up here I will get an apartment there where I will be paying the same amount, but getting my money's worth.
