Just found out about this site and thought I'd take a look at the place where I live. I'm very surprised at the negative comments about the place. In all fairness, it isn't brand new so not sure why people expect perfection. I lived at the Regency for 2 years and its definitely not the place to go if you want peace & quiet. In fact, that is why I moved here. Also, if you see the apartments before you move in, you know what you are getting for your money. Maintenance has fixed whatever issue I've had, usually same day and the office staff is very pleasant. Good luck finding another staff that is more responsive than this one. Trust me, I've rented in alot of different states. And landscaping at 8 am is very normal for those who work full time so not sure what the issue is there. In fact, normally they start earlier so that is a blessing. Talk to a few long-time residents to get the true feedback about the community. There are just some people who will never be satisfied.

I just moved in and Ron was so nice until I needed something and then he turned his back. I would never recommend this hell hole to anyone
