I have been at Windsor now for a few weeks and I have had no problems. I admit it is expensive but I had looked around and the entire area is pricey. I am in one of the refurbished apartments, I made it clear from day 1 that I did not wish to repeat previous mistakes and move into a complete --------...(Royal Crest Eststes, Warwick,RI) I love my new apartment, it's modern, clean and I cannot hear any neighbor noise. I appreciate everyone elses comments about the Winter, I have yet to experience a cold day in my new place so I will have to see. I did have a couple of problems when I moved in however the office staff corrected them that same day.
