1. Highly overpriced. I pay 900/mo for a 500 sq ft apartment with no living space whatsoever.There are illogical number of closets in the unit consuming lots of space.
2.Very very old gadgets.The refrigerator grill was colored with some flimsy silver paint.The wash basin has huge rust stains.No cleaning was done before I was given the keys.
3.There is a 500$/yr extra charge for gym and swimming pool.This is almost unheard of elsewhere.
4.Don't be mislead by the pictures on the site.The units are like a Motel.

the office staff has a unique rating. If this person or persons that live in this apartment how come the office staff didnt have the maintenance staff fix the apartment?
