Having moved from the west coast for a job relocation a few years ago and rented via fax and email, I was pleasantly surprised with the condition of the apartments and service at Windsor. They aren't brand new but certainly in great shape for the age. I think they have started renovating some apartments too. The office staff is attentive and the few issues in my apartment were taken care of right away. I use the facilities often so it is well worth the $$ for me. I will be moving back home soon and have been searching this site for ratings on communities out there and came across these reviews. I'd recommend it to my friends & family.
