Good luck getting a straight answer from the employees (or any for that matter). Ask for a copy of the lease a few days before you move in so you can read the fine print and don't believe anything the office tells you unless it's in writing. Too bad, the apartments are decent but the customer service kills the idea of a calling it a "home".
