hmm so ive lived here 3 months...first off the price is too high for here...but..i its safe and nice...the amentities are very good but.....the appliances are from the 90's my A/c needed to be replaced and it was HOTTTTTTT...my stove is garbage...the fan in my bedroom is complete garbage..the light fixture fell off..it was replaced with a fan that if u turn it on if feels like a minor earthquake..no chance i can sleep with it on....truthfully its nice but the i was hear during some construction which definetly effects my opinion...ps..the 2 maintance guys...real nice guys.....i will repeat the price is too high for this place and mineral spring...yeaa TRAFFIC all day everyday..plan to leave 30 minutes before u do anything local

HMM maybe "Smot poker" was too high to check the grammar and spelling of this post. Maybe someone needs to lay off the drugs and try Mapquest to find the many short cuts available besides Mineral Spring. Perhaps if you put down your bong you can decide whether "too leave" Former (Thank God!)"Smotpoker"
