We absolutely loved our experience with Windsor at Brentwood! The staff was exceedingly kind, helpful, and wonderful to work with. Every question or concern was handled immediatly as if you were the only tenant there. We could not have asked for nicer or more attentive office staff. The maintenance staff were also extremely wonderful. They attended to every situation immediately, even on the weekends (no services request forms or delayed responses... just a phone call and immediate response). The grounds were beautiful, the gym and pool were always clean, and the laundry facility was spacious. Although the rent is a bit high, it was completely worth it given the excellent service and quality of life provided at Windsor. They are in a perfect location (close to downtown/train station/mall, but still secluded enough to be quiet) and there was always a lot of parking. Our move-out experience was equally as pleasant. We only left because of a job promotion which took us out of the area; otherwise we would have stayed until we were ready to buy our own home. The staff took time to explain all of our options (we had to break our lease) and we received almost all of our security deposit back. They were even helpful when we had questions later AFTER we had moved out! We cannot say enough good things about how great our experience was!! Thank you Windsor at Brentwood!!
