Great place to live we had such a wonderful time staying at windsor at brentwood. The leasing office employees ( Cat, Amber and steph ) were all warm and friendly. The apartment though small was beautiful and cozy ( the fireplace and high roof was absolutely gorgeous) the maintainence staff

Great space for a downtown studio I moved into the Regency in 2006 and I've really enjoyed it. My apt has a large walk in closet and a perfect size kitchen for a studio. It's in the perfect location thats close to 95 and downtown

STAY AWAY FROM THEM They are unethical and dishonest. TRUE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM! the refuse to give me back my security desposit despite my giving 60 days notice. they are totally awful slow service the Apartments start slowly falling apart once you move in and see what a horrible job make-shift
