Apartment is a very good size, has dishwasher, garbage disposal, etc. Location is not so great-- located on a very dangerous road-- it was very quiet, everyone kept to themselves. Rent used to be good, not sure now as it has increased. BUT, if you plan on needing any assistance from the management, good luck. They are arrogant, unresponsive and incompetent- they're never in either of their offices- you can leave a message with the answering service, but chances are pretty good that you'll never get a response. BUT you will get rude and careless memos every other day about not feeding the birds and not throwing trash in the trash can in the lobby and other nonsense. However, if you need further proof of this, they also manage East Shore which is listed in the East Providence Apartments-- those rating will also give you further insight into the management or lack thereof. I'm curious as to who gave the staff 100% in the last rating.
