I had seen this property over a year ago and some really excellent changes have been made! Eastgate is a top contender for my new apartment in the fall. The leasing team is very helpful!

If the parking lot is ever completed. How about when they had new mailboxes put inside the buildings but forgot to get approval from the Post Office. (cannot use the boxes)
Also, how about them redoing the elevator (not finishing and what they did do, is terrible)could not finish because they were not suppose to do anything to the elevator.
