First i have to say i DID NOT RENT FROM this apartment community. I did get a chance to meet with the mngmt. and tour two separate model apartments. A 1 bed and a 2 bed.

I was NOT pleased with what i was shown.

The apartments were smaller than a average 1 bed apartment, VERY LOW ceilings... very small bathroom and extreamly small kitchen... even the fridge looked miniture. I really felt like I was in a DOLL HOUSE and felt like i had to walk slumped over to prevent myself from hitting my head on the ceiling. (I'm 5ft. 7in.) There was not much sun light or closet space either and the closet door material seemed to be painted metal''' the living room was not big enought for a living room set with end tables, coffee table and a television. In fact they had a love seat with some other small furniture facing an open living room and no more room for any thing else.

The view outside most windows was air-conditioners and parking lots as well as other apartment building exterior walls.

I had asked about the deposit and was told $300 of the deposit stays with the mngmt. company no matter if there are damages to cover or not''''' So you loose $300 of your deposit when you move out. In addition, there were fees on top of fees for anything and everything you could imagine. They have a short list of allowed pets. (dogs) So if you have anything other than a LAB.... your dog is not welcome- even the small dogs, because they bark too much!

Their fitness room was the size of a large patio room and the pool looked like it could fit a group of 5-8 people.

I did not get a chance to look at the laundry rooms, but they said they were operated by a plastic card' No coin operated laundry.... you get a plastic card and the mngmt. credits your card with the cash amount you would like to use for your laundry.

The only good thing i liked about the place is the area..... nice secluded area off the main road, near the bike path and very close to I-195. Also on the bus rte.

The main reason for me even being interested was it was close to my place of employement.

Overall i was completely unhappy with the amount of money i would have been spending for living in a "shoe box".

I am not sure how much better the larger apartments are.... i do know they are much more expensive.

As far as a single person looking for a 1-2 bedroom place.... this is not a good place to look. Way too expesive for the amount of money you shovel out for such a TINY little place.

If you are single and male i guess this might be a good place to live..... the females in the mngmt. office look like Soap Opera hookers. Young and middle aged alike. It reminded me of the game show- PRICE IS RIGHT.... cause they kept trying to "SELL" the apartment and the apartment communit!

Wow this is such a tall tale. When I looked at this place they showed me 6 different sizes of two bedroom apartments they went from small about 640 sqft to very large almost 1400 sqft with my own washer and dryer. Three of the styles have vaulted ceilings not short ceilings and one of them even came with a garage. The girls in the office were always dressed professionally and they were always nice. I saw several types of dogs there from pugs to Great Danes, I think it is good that they don???t allow aggressive breeds like pit bulls and those yippee barkers makes me feel safer. Some of the apartment windows did face the parking lots but most of the balconies and patios were in like a little court yard area and one even had a ravine with a babbling brook in front of it, very cute. I did end up renting here and I???m glad I did. The maintenance is very quick and I???m very satisfied with all of the office staff. I have been here a little over 5 years now. Make the move here you won???t regret it.
