They do indeed nickle and dime you to death. Water/trash and elecrtic was way more than expected. Parking is horrible! My quiet neighbors were still noisy b/c the walls/floors are so thin. Laundry room was a hassel and too expensive. I felt safe although my car was broken into (nothing stolen).The only good thing was the maint and sales staff. They really were all great.
