Years at this apartment: 1994 - 2004
the front office staff is very unorganized and ignorant. All of the other apts were renivated, excluding the people who lived there the longest. 10 years and no renivation to my place, just increased rent. the heat systems are old with black soot on your walls. they came to paint once. instead of moving furniture, they painted around everything. complete waste of hard earned time and money. Oh by the way 1 parking spot per apt. good luck finding aa second.
