Well I have to say the person who wrote "mixed bag" was correct.
The apartments certanly are spacey.
But they are smelly as well. Mine still has this unidentified stentch to it.
They came in with a paint sprayer and forgot to tape off the items which you don't paint (like the tags on the water heater, and the heat detector in the kitchen). The shape of the apartment is so-so. The metallic doors for the closet feel like they have been painted over 10 times. (But the dents still show). The kitchen is nice, and in good shape. The bathroom, behind the toilet was filthy. There was a broken outlet in the bedroom which was fixed, but even a non-electrician like myself could tell you the wiring is sub-par. I don't plan on staying here after my year lease is up unless things improve. These apartments really need a serious renovation. And the nickle & dime thing is true, they do nickle and dime you to death it seems. The one office clerk , the only male in there, seemed to be working on commission more than anything. He forget several details of the lease agreement. Thank god for Jen who seemed much more pleasant and with a brain in her head. She explained everything afterwards.
