I've been here a little over a year and have never witness the most ignorant new staff ever. The staff treat you like they can control you and tell you what to do (tell you how to live). If they don't like you, they will increase your rent. As in my case, I went from a yearly contract to monthly contract rate. I wasn't aware that my rate was going to up every month (in accordance to their own private rate), but in all reality it never went down. My rate went from 800 to almost 1200 hundred dollars. An almost 400 dollar increase. Equity apartments in RHode Island will DRAIN your bank account.

Unfortunately, it seems like one will never get a lower rate in any other place in Rhode Island unless they bind you to a contract.

Winchester Park wants your money and will do anything to charge you. If you complain, they will look for discrepancies to charge you even more.

DON'T LIVE HERE.

Actually if you read your lease it stated that a monthly contract could and would change every month. Also having been on a monthly contract with Winchester they send you a notice about 90 days in advance to let you know what the rate would be should you wish to continue to live there. And what i did was call the office and they offered me a short term lease at only a little higher than what i was paying on a one year lease. That helped while i was building my new house.
