Truly a shoebox with a layer of wood as walls -- expect no privacy even if u r talking w/ someone -- u can hear neighbors rumbling -- can't hear tv or fav. music even at reasonable volume -- rent a bit high for the quality of apartment -- be careful. sewer and water extra charges -- expenses high (paying thru' nose) every month as it is electric heating.
