I moved here in July of 2007, and so far it's been OK. I haven't experienced the heat loss others mentioned. There was a smell, but only from the air conditioners, and Maintenance took care of it rather quickly. Other minor (and one major) maintenance issue was repaired to my satisfaction. I've never once felt uncomfortable or unsecure here. The staff has been great to me.

The pluses: The response of the office staff, the security, most of the people are friendly, the grounds are nice, the location is convienent, and the apartments are nice. (They shampoo the carpets and paint the walls so its nice and fresh)

The minues: The washer/dryers don't work well. I constantly have to re-wash and re-dry. The walls and ceilings don't have enough (or any) soundproofing. You can hear your neighbors very clearly. That's something that bothers some and doesn't others. Although minor, they don't do a good job plowing. Snow removal seems to be lacking.
