Moving from Downtown to here was a huge improvement. We shopped around a lot and this place has the most sq. ft. for the price. The small fees ( application fee, sewage, renters insurance) really didn't bother me since the security deposit was less then at my last place and I still am paying less every month. The whole apt is electric which is nice since it's all on one bill.
I have never had a problem with the people in the office or the noise my unit is very quiet. We did have a rent problem but it was quickly resolved and they continued to be very nice to us in the office while it was being straightened out.
They don't tolerate rent being late but it's also easy to pay it online. All the amenities are wonderful and kept up.
Some of the comments about prostitution and rape and beatings are completely ridiculous. It's an apartment complex... I think it is a little naive if you think that everyone is upstanding law abiding citizens. I have never seen or heard of anything and as long as it is in your apartment and I don't hear about it how is it bothering me' The whole beating thing... you can't walk alone at night anywhere it's just common sense.

All in all I would highly recommend the apartment to anyone and there is a very nice referral fee ($500) and it goes right onto your rent.
