I moved here from a craphole apartment in the city. Milena was very nice to my boyfriend and I, she even tolerated his parents when we were looking for place. I have nothing but pleasant experiences from here. I have heard bad things, but none of them have happened to me. All of my neighbors are awesome and doing laundry is always simple. The pool is nice, and the workout room has new treadmills. The office always has cookies too! The only issue I ever had was with my garbage disposal but the maint man fixed it right away and he even left a little note. Sometimes I get annoyed with the parking because people are too lazy to walk from the street so they park on the grass, one guy had his review mirror side swiped by another car, serves him right for parking like an idiot. Other than that the rent is low, my electric bill is very very low, and I get to bbq on my porch whenever I want. I totally recommend if you are a college student.
