I like living here because it is quiet, most of my neighbors are awesome, except for the one who lets his dog poop everywhere and the dancing old man above me. The leasing agents are always friendly despite what others may say. Patricia the manager is always pleasant and is always sure to follow up and send someone right away if there is an issue.

I had a bunch of mold issues and after two treatments they are since resolved. I expect this however due to the area I live in. Bob the maint man is always pleasant and prompt, he doesn't leave a job undone and always follows up. He replaced my carpet right away from a flood issue and even cleaned my AC out.

I plan on re-newing my lease for another year until I am done with school.

As long as you don't plan on wrecking the apartment it is a very nice place to live.
