We stayed in this apartment from December 08 to June 09. This was the worst apartment complex we ever stayed in.
first of all the walls are so thin, you can hear the snoring of the person in the neighbouring apartment.
The staff is very very rude and mean. Everytime, I have visited the office, I have heard one of the staff arguing very rudely on the phone. The apartment staff have no code of conduct.
When I moved in ,the carpet was not something great. It was old and used. Even water spilled on the carpet left a unremovable stain. My dog destroyed carpet in some area of the living room. They deducted my full security deposit and additionally charged me $155. Even though, I had removed all thrash, vacuumed the floors and cleaned all closets, They charged me for cleaning the same. I cannot understand, all these is part of normal wear and tear. I still had to pay.
