we just moved in few weeks back n dis is hell........in summer they have mildew on the walls in the apartment n the the smell sucks,the carpets they say they r brand new the smell sucks 2.............staff in the office worst people they dont respond ------ n ------ the worser crowd...........i hate stayin here but we just moved in n i can't do the movin again..........if thinkin to move to dis place plz forget i don't want others to suffer the same problems we have.

Hey - I had mold too, really really bad mold. I lived on the first floor. They cleaned it three times and it kept coming back. I finally I went into the office and threatened to call the department of health if they didn't move it. They did with no fee - to an apartment on the second floor. You gotta get on them. Don't let them treat you like that, I know how they can be, remember YOU PAY THEM!

I lived there from 2005-2007 and had mold in my apartment as well. The mold grew along the airconditioner and the bathroom ceiling which I could understand to some extent. However, I could never understand how mold grew in the bedroom closet. I had to throw a lot of clothes away that I had packed away in boxes in the closet because they got moldy. The mold was so bad that it spread to the inside of the box and throughout the clothes. Also, the walls are thin and the floors creeky so noise was a problem.
