Crescent Park Manor 100% Recommended Apr 06 2008: Clean and quiet here, Nice safe area, Not much traffic, Grounds are attractive, Office staff is nice, Apartments have all just been updated with new windows. No complaints. I like it here. It's very peaceful. Winchester Park (formerly Village Park) 26% Recommended Mar 13 2008: The only positive thing I will say is that they are very dog friendly. I found the women in the office to be down right rude. The walls are paper thin and there are several young people there who in Winchester Park (formerly Village Park) 26% Recommended Feb 25 2008: I grew up there and my parents continued to live there after I went out on my own. We were there from 1984-2007. There were stabbings, dog feces everywhere, drug dealers, prostitution, break ins, vandalism, etc.. I was even beaten Winchester Park (formerly Village Park) 26% Recommended Jan 31 2008: I moved here in July of 2007, and so far it's been OK. I haven't experienced the heat loss others mentioned. There was a smell, but only from the air conditioners, and Maintenance took care of it rather quickly. Other Winchester Park (formerly Village Park) 26% Recommended Oct 31 2007: Truly a shoebox with a layer of wood as walls -- expect no privacy even if u r talking w/ someone -- u can hear neighbors rumbling -- can't hear tv or fav. music even at reasonable volume -- rent |
