I've been here for two years and I am miserable. Strict Credit Checks make it difficult for some to move in without a hassle first. You also can not let people into the building after 9 PM without physically going down to the lobby to open the door for them. After 9 PM the Buzzer that allows you to open the door for visitors from your apartment is automaticly deactivated. They claim that this is a security measure. However it is more of an inconvienance than anything. Maintenance is terrible. I had to complain three times about my air conditioning not working properly. The first two times they tried to breathe new life into the ancient unit. Only after the third complaint did they give me a new unit that actually worked. New manager in the North Tower is not very friendly. He stands in front of the Building smoking all day. To make matters even worse the property is surrounded by Cemetaries. Talk about a depressing atmosphere. It's quiet here but that's about it. If you are looking for something special then just save your time and move somewhere else.
